If you're planning a trip to Queenstown, let me tell you, this hotel is a gem! the staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, making you feel right at home. the cozy rooms are delightful, with a view that will take your breath away. the breakfast is a nice touch, setting you up for a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. the garden area adds a touch of tranquility to your stay, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.
The uphill walk back to the hotel from town can be a bit of a workout, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Perhaps offering shuttle services who find the walk challenging could be a great addition.

The room at Greengables B&B was like a cozy retreat - comfy bed, beautiful sheets, and a view that stole my heart. David's hospitality made me feel right at home. It was just perfect for a budget traveller like me.
A bit of noise from the fridge bothered me, but others might not mind.
