If you're planning a trip to Queenstown, let me tell you, this hotel is a gem! the staff are incredibly kind and thoughtful, making you feel right at home. the cozy rooms are delightful, with a view that will take your breath away. the breakfast is a nice touch, setting you up for a day of exploring the stunning surroundings. the garden area adds a touch of tranquility to your stay, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventures.

The uphill walk back to the hotel from town can be a bit of a workout, especially after a long day of sightseeing. Perhaps offering shuttle services who find the walk challenging could be a great addition.

The breakfast was delicious and delivered promptly. the room was welcoming, especially on cooler mornings. the location offered beautiful views and convenient walking distance to the town. Guests appreciated the well-equipped room and quiet setting. a satisfying stay with friendly hosts.
